  • Ongoing training, leadership development, and genuine opportunities to progress into Team Leader, Deputy Manager, or Clinical Lead roles within our growing organisation

What You Will Be Doing:
As Senior Care Assistant, you will lead the team within a designated residential unit, providing hands-on care while overseeing daily routines, supporting less experienced colleagues, and ensuring that every resident receives high quality, person-centred care.

You will:

  • Write, review, and maintain personalised care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Lead handovers, monitor wellbeing, and manage medication safely and accurately
  • Conduct GP reviews and liaise with healthcare professionals and families

  • Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements and best practice

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred)
