Job description

Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to work within our client's beautiful residential care home in Sevenoaks.

Senior Care Assistant vacancy details:

• £12.40 to £12.90 per hour
• 39 hours per week available
• Day positions available
• 7am to 8pm shifts

Senior Care Assistant main duties:

• Lead a team of care staff
• Administer medication
• Provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring all contact is polite, friendly, warm, and supportive
• Follow individual care plans for each resident, accurately maintaining appropriate records
• Adhere to CQC and company policies

NVQ Level 3 is needed for the senior carer role.
