Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual needs and preferences, including conducting risk assessments and regular reviews.
  • Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of care assistants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high standards of care delivery.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address any concerns.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to care plans as necessary.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of care provided, incidents, and any changes in residents' conditions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills
