Job Description:

Please note: This role is for Nights, 33 hrs per week.

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of your work. You will be involved in caring for residents with dementia, in nursing, residential, and specialist care homes. Your role includes planning and delivering personalized care, leading a team of Care Assistants, and maintaining high standards of care. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, administering medication, and engaging in social and recreational activities to promote mental and physical well-being. You will also keep accurate records and build strong team relationships.

Ideal candidates will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and be willing to work towards Level 3 or equivalent. Experience in person-centered care planning and caring for people with dementia is preferred. A positive attitude, effective time management, and compassionate communication are essential qualities.
