Role Overview:

Are you a Senior Care Assistant eager to develop your skills? You will play a key role in ensuring residents in our homes receive the care they need to live fulfilling lives.

Pay Rates:

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care: £12.88/hour
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care: £14.29/hour

About the Role:

Orchard Care Homes delivers high-quality, person-centered care. You will assess individual needs, develop care plans, and ensure the physical, emotional, and medical needs of residents are met. Safe medication administration and ongoing training are provided.

Previous experience in Older People’s or dementia care is preferred. A Level 3 qualification is ideal; Level 2 qualified applicants will be supported to progress.

Main Duties:

• Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate personalized nursing care.
• Uphold residents’ dignity, rights, privacy, independence, and choice.
• Lead, support, and develop the care team.
• Communicate effectively with professionals, residents, and families.
