Job summary

Agincare’s Chalgrove Care Home in Poole is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care overnight. The role covers supervising night shifts, supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, and guiding junior staff while ensuring medications are administered safely.
