Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team in a care setting.
  • Experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role.
  • Willingness to complete Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification if not already obtained.

About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will care for residents like family, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs. Responsibilities include personal care, hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals. We welcome applicants with experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Senior Care Giver, Homecare Worker, or in social care or community support roles.

We offer flexible hours, full or part-time, over 7 days to promote work-life balance.

*Candidates must have Level 2 qualification, senior care experience, and be willing to complete Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification if not already obtained.

Located in Ossett, Croft House Care Home is part of the Countrywide Care Homes Group, providing nursing, residential dementia, and nursing dementia care for 66 residents. The Maypole Suite, refurbished in November 2016, offers residential dementia care for 12 residents, with en-suite bedrooms.
