A family-run care organization in Oldham seeks a Senior Care Assistant to care for residents like family, assisting with personal care and medication management. Candidates should possess level 3 in Health & Social Care or similar, and experience is desirable but not essential. As a Senior Care Assistant, we ask for you to care for our residents like they are your own family, caring for their Physical, Psychological and Social needs. Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. As a Senior Care Assistant, you would also be responsible for the medication round, as well as leading the shift.
