Job Title: Senior Care Assistant at HC One

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be involved in providing compassionate care across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Our team understands that residents are individuals with their own stories, and your role is to support them with dignity, respect, and personalized care.

Your responsibilities include planning and implementing care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will build relationships with residents and their families, lead a team of Care Assistants, and ensure high standards of care. Tasks may involve assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, meal support, and engaging residents in social and recreational activities, including medication administration.

Maintaining accurate records and fostering strong team relationships are key aspects of your role.

Qualifications include a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent, with a willingness to pursue Level 3. Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care is preferred. The essential qualities are positive energy, excellent communication, time management, and kindness.
