Job Title: Homemaker Lead (Senior Care Assistant)

About Newton House: Our luxury care home provides residential, dementia, and nursing care for older people. We foster a passionate environment focused on the health and well-being of our residents.

Working Pattern:

12-hour shifts, working alternate weekends on a rota basis.

Role Overview:

As a Homemaker Lead, you'll provide personalized care that focuses on the individual needs of residents, engaging in a variety of activities from administering medication to arranging social outings and personal care, ensuring each resident feels valued and cared for in a manner akin to family.

We seek applicants with experience in care, training or qualifications in health and social care, preferably educated to NVQ Level 3.
