Job description

Your role involves planning and implementing care that provides residents with security, dignity, and independence.You will get to know residents and their families, helping to deliver personalized care plans.Leading a team of Care Assistants, you'll maintain high standards of care and influence your team positively. Whether demonstrating how to use a walking frame, assisting at mealtimes, or communicating with families, kindness is paramount.You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administering medication.
One of your key responsibilities is to maintain accurate records and build strong team relationships.
Ideally, you'll have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and be willing to work towards Level 3 or equivalent, with experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care knowledge. Your positive energy, ability to communicate considerately, and time management skills are essential.
