As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of residents, being involved in the person-centered care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals. You will be required to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, 2 years' experience in a similar care environment, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. A positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff, as well as being responsive and flexible, are also essential.
