Whether demonstrating how to use a walking frame, assisting at mealtimes, or communicating with families, kindness is your guiding principle. You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager by providing social and recreational activities, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records.

We offer full training and a range of benefits to support your well-being and career development, including:

  • Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
  • Free uniform
  • Nutritious meal during shifts of eight hours or more

  • Employee Assistance Programme for support with various issues
  • Recognition schemes such as 'Kindness in Care' and Long Service Awards
