Senior Care Assistant - Night Shift at HC One

As a Night Shift Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. Your role involves planning and delivering care that ensures our residents feel secure, dignified, and independent. You'll get to know residents and their families, helping us deliver personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and influence your team positively. Your duties include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, communication with families, and supporting residents' social and recreational activities, including medication administration.

Maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships are key responsibilities of this role.

Requirements include a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (or equivalent) and a willingness to pursue Level 3. Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care is preferred. The essential qualities are positive energy, excellent communication skills, time management, and kindness.
