A leading care provider is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Huddersfield. In this full-time role, you will lead a team of Care Assistants, deliver personalized care plans, and support residents with dignity and independence. Ideal candidates have experience in person-centered care and possess qualifications such as a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care. As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, kindness is at the core of everything you do across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You’ll help residents with dignity, security and independence and support their families as needed.
This is a full-time role with day or night shifts (8am – 8pm or 8pm – 8am). You will:

Qualifications/Experience/Additional Criteria: S/NVQ or Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care desirable. DBS check required. Safeguarding training appropriate to the role; ability to seek advice and escalate concerns if action is not taken.
