A leading care provider is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join their team at Watford House in High Peak. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and an NVQ in Health & Social Care. Nestled in the beautiful High Peak, Watford House is a warm and welcoming 36-bed care home offering high-quality Residential, Dementia and Respite care. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, homely environment where residents feel valued and cared for every day.

What we offer:

• £12.94 per hour
• 36 hours per week (day shifts)
• 5.6 weeks’ annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Your role:
As Senior Care Assistant, you will lead and support your care team to deliver person-centred care with kindness and professionalism. You will manage shift coordination, medication administration, and care documentation while ensuring residents’ dignity, independence and well-being are always prioritised.
