Audley Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to mentor our Home Care Assistants and ensure high care standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting service delivery, and providing training. Candidates must have NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, strong leadership skills, and a passion for quality care.
Audley Care is a well-established community care organisation, with offices based at the 5* luxury Audley. We are actively looking for a Senior Care Assistant to work between our office (or home-based) and out in the community providing support and guidance to our carers.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be a mentor and supervisor to our Home Care Assistants. You will work closely with the office team to be at the heart of keeping our care standards high.

To be a lead member of our team, you’ll need to inspire and develop a team, excelling as a mentor. You’ll need a passion for delivering and developing a high standard care service compliant with relevant policies. You should be excited to expand services and brand development, representing Audley Care and participating in marketing & PR activities to strengthen our reputation.
You will need to hold a National Vocational Qualification Level 3 (NVQ 3), Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be working towards it. You must have 1 year of care experience in a domiciliary care environment and hold a full driving license with access to your own vehicle.
