About The Role
  • Provide safe, high-quality, and person-centred care in line with individual care plans
  • Supervise and support care assistants, acting as a mentor and role model
  • Administer medication safely and accurately (with relevant qualification)
  • Ensure compliance with all care legislation, including CQC Fundamental Standards
  • Promote dignity, independence, and personal choice for all residents
  • A positive, caring individual who wants to make a difference every day
About You
  • NVQ Level 3/ NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification) or willing to achieve
  • Minimum of two years experience working with older adults and individuals living with dementia
  • Previous Supervisory Experience (essential)
  • Prior Senior Care Assistant experience (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of care legislation and best practice
