Audley Care is a well-established community care organisation, with offices based at the 5* luxury Audley………..We are actively looking for a Senior Care Assistant, to work between our office (or home based) and out in the community providing support and guidance to our carers.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be a mentor and supervisor to our Home Care Assistants. You will work closely with the office team to be at the heart of keeping our care standards high.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering a high level care service, inclusive of personal, social, and housekeeping services.
  • Supervising a team of carers, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Ensuring service delivery in accordance with all Audley policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Providing in-house training to care assistants when required.
  • Signing off as competent all developing Personal Care Assistants as they demonstrate competence and the Audley behaviours.
  • Supporting the introduction of new clients and the development of the service into new areas.
  • Carrying out duties as assigned by the Registered Manager.

What we’re looking for:

To be a lead member of our team, you’ll need to inspire and develop a team, excelling as a mentor. You’ll need a passion for delivering and developing high-standard care services compliant with relevant policies. You should be excited to expand services and brand development, representing Audley Care, and involved in marketing & PR activities across the area to strengthen our reputation.

You will need to hold a National Vocational Qualification Level 3 (NVQ 3), Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be working towards it. You must have 1 year’s care experience in a domiciliary care environment. Additionally, you need to hold a full driving license with access to your own vehicle.
