About The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. You will be involved in caring for residents in Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your role involves planning and implementing care that promotes security, dignity, and independence for residents.
You will get to know residents and their families, ensuring the delivery of personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will maintain high standards of care and influence the team positively. Your duties include assisting with daily activities, supporting end-of-life care, and communicating with families, all with kindness.
In collaboration with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you will provide social and recreational activities, administer medication, and maintain accurate records. You should have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care, be willing to pursue Level 3, and have experience in person-centered care planning, especially for dementia patients. Your positive energy, time management skills, and kindness are essential.
