QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (willing to work towards Level 3)
  • Experience in Domiciliary Care
  • Good English communication skills
  • Driver with access to own car and appropriate insurance
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide empathetic, high-quality care
  • Participate in on-call duties and cover for the Area Manager as needed
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff
  • Report concerns and maintain documentation
  • Ensure availability of protective equipment
  • Maintain and review client care folders
  • Conduct risk assessments and report promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies
  • Participate in emergency cover and training
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
