Maintaining accurate records and fostering strong team relationships are key aspects of your role. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; you must recognize signs of abuse or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
