About The Role

Your main focus will be to support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring residents' wellbeing and updating care plans accordingly.
  • Participating in person-centered care planning and evaluations.
  • Supporting residents with medication requirements.
  • Supporting staff through supervision and development.
  • Acting as a key contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health professionals, ensuring concerns are addressed appropriately.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude towards supporting residents and staff.
  • Flexibility to cover various responsibilities.

  • A DBS check will be required, with costs covered by Avery Healthcare.
