Are you an experienced care assistant with an NVQ Level 2 qualification? Looking to take the next step in your career? Join our amazing team at Tudor House, Bristol!

At Oyster Care Homes, we believe in creating luxury living spaces for our residents and a fantastic working environment for our staff.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and administer medication
• Review and update resident care plans
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead by example
• Deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents' needs are met with compassion

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
• Follow care plans carefully, always maintaining a warm and friendly approach
• Ensure safety and infection control standards are upheld
• Report any changes in residents' well-being to senior staff
• Maintain confidentiality and respect at all times
• Assist with light cleaning duties and room tidying
• Help serve and support residents during mealtimes

Shifts Available:

• Days: 08:00 - 20:00 (£14.85/hour)
• Nights: 20:00 - 08:00 (£15.25/hour)
