Starrycare Recruitment Services in Long Eaton is seeking a part-time Care Worker to join our friendly team. The role covers personal care, daily living support, and light household tasks in a client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will have at least six months of experience, a warm and friendly attitude, and a genuine passion for providing quality care. We offer flexible patterns of work and a supportive admin team.

Formación

• Ability to perform personal care tasks with dignity.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care tasks like washing, dressing, eating, toileting etc.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Assist in safe lifting, transferring and re-positioning of clients
• Observe, record and monitor clients' emotional and physical well-being and promptly report changes to management
• Observe, monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
• Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
