This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.

At Cleeve Court, we’re searching for motivated, compassionate leaders to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care in a supportive, homely environment.

Your Role:

  • Lead and motivate a dedicated care team.
  • Deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
  • Manage shifts, rota cover, and staff supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and care standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong communicator with a compassionate approach.
  • Experience in senior care roles (a plus).
  • A proactive team leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
