Part-Time Nightshift Senior Care Assistant at HC One

This role is for a part-time nightshift position at HC One. As a Senior Care Assistant, kindness is at the core of your work, touching all aspects of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every team member understands that residents are individuals with their own stories, and joining us offers a chance to give back to those people.

Your responsibilities include planning and delivering care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will build relationships with residents and their families, ensuring personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and influence your team positively. Tasks may involve assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, and communication with families, always with kindness. You will also support physical and mental activities, administer medication, and maintain accurate records.

Preferred qualifications include a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent, with readiness to pursue Level 3. Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care is beneficial. The key qualities are positive energy, good record-keeping, time management, and considerate communication.
