Airedale NHS Foundation Trust in Bradford invites applications for Band 7 cardiac physiologists. You will specialise in either echo or cardiac devices, with experience across invasive and non-invasive cardiac diagnostics to support the wider team.

The post holder will work as an advanced-level healthcare science practitioner within invasive cardiac physiology or echocardiography, performing and reporting transthoracic echo, stress echo, TOE, and device monitoring, helping to develop

Qualifications

• Advanced echocardiography or invasive cardiac physiology expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) independently for inpatients and outpatients.
• Support in stress echocardiography and transoesophageal echocardiography (TOE) when required.
• Perform and interpret complex invasive cardiovascular investigations and long-term device monitoring.
• Contribute to development of physiologist-led stress echo services and support junior team members.
