Our client, a successful independent Main Dealer, is looking to recruit a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team in Hampstead, North London.

The company has built a reputation for excellent customer service, delivering new and used cars to its customers and clients. This role is an excellent opportunity for a target-driven and experienced Sales Executive to join a successful company that invests in staff and prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Your communication skills must be very strong to handle customer inquiries and requests, liaise with team members and management, and ensure a smooth sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery.

You will be expected to record all transactions on the company's systems, explore all sales opportunities including accessories and service plans, and assist in promotional activities to generate new leads.

Details and Benefits of this Senior Sales Executive role include:

• Starting basic salary of £25,000 p.a. with an OTE of £65,000 p.a.
• Company car provided.
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 18:00 & Saturday 09:00 - 17:00, with 1 day off during the week.
• Staff discounts and a supportive working environment.
• Contract: Full-time, permanent.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong background as a Sales Executive within a Main Dealer or be currently working as a Senior Sales Executive with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and results, and seeking progression to a management position. A full/manual UK driving licence is essential.
