Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a Capital Programme Director/Deputy Director of Estates to lead the delivery of the NUH capital programme. You will coordinate with the NUH HEB, EFM teams and external contractors to ensure safe, compliant and cost-effective premises and equipment.

The role requires senior management experience across multiple capital projects within an NHS setting, with duties including strategic delivery and project-level support for larger schemes.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience leading multiple capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces with contractors and external agencies.
• Experience within NHS estate and capital programmes is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of NIH capital programme ensuring safe, compliant premises and equipment.
• Deputise for the Group Deputy Director EFM Capital Programme PFI and Retained Estates & MES.
• Collaborate with NUH Hospital Executive Board and clinical/engineering teams to meet corporate objectives.
