CMC Markets’ CapX team seeks a Corporate Broker to drive capital markets advisory for private issuers and funds. You will lead equity and debt financing projects, assist IPOs, rights issues, and secondary offerings, and advise on M&A from a market perspective.

You will build relationships with corporate clients, institutional investors, and regulators, coordinate investor roadshows, and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements while delivering strategic market insights.

Qualificações

• Experience raising capital for private companies, funds, or alternative assets.
• Strong investor relations skills with HNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, or venture capital firms.
• Experience preparing and delivering investment presentations, pitch decks, and term sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Capital Markets Advisory – assist clients with equity and debt financing (IPOs, rights issues, secondary offerings).
• Create and nurture new corporate client relationships; win new business and forge long-term partnerships.
• Investor relations support – organise roadshows, presentations and meetings to engage shareholders.
• Regulatory compliance – ensure clients meet listing rules and market disclosure obligations.
• Relationship management – be a trusted advisor to corporate clients, investors, and regulators.
