Rothschild & Co in London seeks an experienced Equity Capital Markets lawyer to lead as principal legal adviser to the ECM syndicate desk and advisory business, providing hands-on transactional, regulatory and commercial support across equity offerings.

The role includes drafting and negotiating documentation, cross-border regulatory advice, and close collaboration with syndicate, markets and compliance teams to safeguard the firm’s interests throughout IPOs and secondary offerings.

Formación

• Drafting and negotiating placing, underwriting and subscription agreements.
• Advising on UK/EU regulatory frameworks (FCA, MAR, Prospectus Regulations).
• Coordinating with governance committees and external counsel.
• Providing practical legal support across primary and secondary equity offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and advise on ECM documentation for offerings.
• Manage regulatory risk and cross-border advisories with compliant awareness.
• Coordinate with syndicate and ECM origination teams to protect firm interests.
• Liaise with Compliance to ensure proper disclosures and market practice.
