Job summary

360 Care Group is seeking an experienced Candidate Consultant Manager to lead the Candidate Consultant team, delivering a reliable pipeline of care professionals across CAMHS, Adult Supported Living and Complex Care. You will oversee recruitment, engagement, onboarding support and conversion of agency workers into the bank workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, candidate management or workforce engagement, with responsibility for managing candidate pipelines and onboarding journeys.
• Experience leading, supervising or coaching a recruitment or candidate management team and managing performance against agreed targets.
• Ability to translate staffing requirements into recruitment priorities, organise team workloads and respond effectively to changing demand.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to resolve concerns, maintain engagement and handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail, accurate record-keeping and the ability to interpret recruitment data and report on performance.
• Experience using recruitment, onboarding or workforce management systems, with an understanding of confidentiality and recruitment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing demand with care management to deliver targeted recruitment plans.
• Prioritise candidate pipelines by skills, location and availability to meet service needs.
• Oversee sourcing, attraction and screening to ensure role suitability and safe, person-centred care.
• Drive conversion of agency workers into directly employed bank workforce and onboarding expectations.
• Support priority campaigns and complex candidate cases, resolving issues and minimising delays.
