Job summary

Murray McIntosh is seeking an experienced Senior Campaigns Manager to develop and deliver influential campaigns across political, policy and public-interest issues. Based in London with hybrid working, you will lead messaging, content and stakeholder engagement to shape strategy and drive outcomes.

You will manage a varied programme, spot opportunities in a shifting political landscape, oversee a small team and collaborate with partners nationwide to maximise impact.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in campaigning, advocacy or public affairs.
• Ability to translate complex policy issues into persuasive messages.
• Experience building relationships with relevant organisations and policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Leading campaigns from development through delivery and evaluation.
• Developing messaging and content that makes policy issues accessible and persuasive.
• Building networks and maintaining relationships with organisations, policymakers and stakeholders.
• Preparing speeches, briefings and other high-quality written material.
• Identifying opportunities to generate awareness, engagement and support.
• Bringing together different strands of campaign activity and keeping delivery on track.
• Coordinating the work and priorities of a small team.
• Staying abreast of political developments to inform campaign responses.
