Job summary

Xperience is seeking a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to own the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for Managed IT and Cyber Security. You will generate qualified pipeline from new prospects and existing customers, and lead a Comms and Marketing Executive.

You will set the campaign plan for both service lines, build and run programs, and coordinate with Sales, Account Management and the digital team to ensure consistent messaging and performance across channels.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years in B2B marketing with multi-channel campaigns, from plan to pipeline.
• Experience running integrated campaigns across email, digital, events and outbound.
• Hands-on skills with marketing automation and analytics to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the Managed IT and Cyber Security campaign plan and its delivery across email, digital, events and outbound.
• Build and run campaigns in Dynamics 365 Journeys with segmentation and nurture workflows.
• Lead webinars and events, plan calendar and partner-funded activity with executives.
• Manage co-marketing with vendors including Market Development Funds and evidence submissions.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure campaigns align with priorities and cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversee budget, spend reporting, and pipeline contribution for Head of Marketing guidance.
• Line-manage and coach a Comms and Marketing Executive to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Support SEO, PPC, paid social and analytics with the digital marketing team.
• Share learnings on managed services and security market with cross-functional teams.
