We\'re looking for a brilliant senior marketing manager to drive innovative, audience-first marketing strategy and campaigns that support growth for the Tech, Media and Telecoms (TMT) sector.

It\'s an exciting time to join our TMT team. As an innovative, high-growth sector that is shaping the future, there is significant opportunity for us to support our diverse range of clients in their growth journeys. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring we are a leading voice for our audience - driving awareness, reputation and valuable relationships - from delivering insight-led content, working with agencies to plan and deliver media campaigns, planning and executing best-in-class events to leading impactful acquisition campaigns. Working closely with your TMT markets colleagues and within the broader Marketing function you\'ll connect and inspire across teams and at all levels to drive impact and enable growth.

Reporting to: Head of Sector Marketing

What you\'ll bring to the role
  • Strategic and commercial mindset: you understand business performance and objectives and can translate these to effective marketing strategy
  • TMT obsession: you have extensive industry knowledge and love staying on top of trends. Got experience working in the sector? Even better
  • Marketing expertise: you\'re an expert in your field - and you keep up to date to stay that way. You have experience spanning strategy, multi-format and multi-channel content, events and paid media. Ideally you\'ll have experience working with agencies to deliver these things too
  • Outstanding campaign delivery: you can demonstrate delivery of end to end multi-channel campaigns from audience insight and business objective through to results
  • Innovation and future-focus: you\'re known for pushing the boundaries of what\'s possible, and are always looking for new, better ways of doing things
  • Audience-first approach: you\'re focused on using audience insight to add value through content and activity
  • Highly collaborative: You can navigate complex matrixes to get things done, and you know how to connect across teams to amplify value
  • Proven, inspirational team leader: you bring high energy and positivity that helps create and nurture a collaborative, high performing culture for your Assistant Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team
  • Credible and influential profile paired with exceptional communication skills: you can build strong relationships and have the ability to challenge and get buy-in from senior stakeholders
  • Results-driven: You have a strong analytical ability to review data, market trends, and insights and draw out the implications
