Senior Marketing Specialist – Campaign Manager

North Yorkshire (Hybrid)| £40,000 - £50,000 basic

Are you a seasoned Campaign Manager looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established financial services organisation, playing a key role in the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns.

The Role:

As a Senior Marketing Specialist – Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering a wide range of marketing campaigns—from new product launches to re-promotions and ongoing customer engagement initiatives. You'll work across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns resonate with broker audiences while also engaging existing customers and reinforcing the value of membership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, from initial briefing through to execution and performance analysis.

  • Working cross-functionally to ensure smooth campaign execution across digital, print, and direct channels.

  • Engaging both broker audiences and existing customers, highlighting the value of membership.

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

  • Monitoring and optimising campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in campaign management within Financial Services or a regulated environment is essential.

  • A strong understanding of product marketing, customer engagement, and broker communications.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimisation.
