Our Wealth and Personal Banking division is evolving into a data-driven organization, focusing on data analytics, machine learning, and customer insights.

We are looking for a Senior Messaging Operations Analyst to work with our Technical Leads on campaign innovation, complex campaign building, and to provide technical coaching and training.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Build and deploy messaging campaigns using Teradata, VCX, and Pega.
  • Identify risks related to customer data and campaign processes, ensuring compliance with delivery protocols.
  • Prioritize tasks aligned with business goals, adapt to changes, and resolve issues.
  • Share knowledge, provide feedback, and support peers.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in building multi-channel customer communications.
  • Proficiency with coding, particularly SQL or SAS.
  • Experience in a financial services CRM operations environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Stakeholder management and networking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced setting.

This role can be based in Sheffield (preferred), Leeds, or Chester.
