Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid, however you should be able to travel to our Edinburgh office, 1 day per week for this position.

We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Analyst to join our CRM team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.

  • You’ll be a part of our Campaign Management Team that drives CRM data strategy. You’ll work on the planning and delivery of complex data selections. You’ll analyse campaign effectiveness, implementing enhancements, championing our customers through a data led approach.
  • As we integrate with Barclays UK it’s a great time to reset our strategic direction and get laser focused on optimising the way we leverage data to power our communications. Data is at the heart of everything we do, and this role will play a huge part in driving forward our mission to take CRM from good to great.
  • You’ll report to our Campaign Management Team Lead, working with other experienced Senior Campaign Analysts and Campaign Analysts to deliver Customer Communications. You’ll support and coach a Campaign Analyst as a direct report. You’ll also work alongside the wider CRM team, the Comms team, Tech, Analytics, the Value Streams and Optimove to get things done.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll be responsible for data collection and analysis – including guiding and training others on analysing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
  • You’ll use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
  • Manage Campaign Development: Carry out supplier and contract management tasks to support marketing and servicing campaigns.
  • Develop and optimise audience selections that power our servicing and marketing campaigns across Direct Mail, Email and SMS.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation: Implement improvements and provide feedback on them. Use change management systems and protocols to provide routine supportive services.

We need you to have

  • Data analysis/audience selection/reporting experience.
  • Relevant software experience (SAS, Excel, PowerPoint).

And if you have any of these, even better

  • Experience with CRM Platforms particularly Optimove, our CRM tool.
  • Experience in Banking.
