Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker at our CAMHS site in Bury Forestwood. You will work full-time (37.5 hours weekly) across days, nights and weekends, delivering high-quality mental health support and supervision within a CAMHS setting.

Successful applicants will undergo a 3-week full-time induction. The role offers enhanced learning, flexible overtime, and ongoing supervision to support professional development.

Qualifications

• Experienced Support Worker in mental health care.
• Confident, assertive and ambitious for yourself, service users and the organisation.
• Excellent communicator and good team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to individuals in our care.
• Offer physical and emotional support and guidance.
• Learn about individuals’ needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Support management in daily running of the service.
• Undertake supervisory and administrative responsibilities.
• Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment.
