Rate: Up to £31 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for CAMHS Practitioners to join a busy Community Team based in Worcestershire.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the commissioned service within a defined caseload, developing specialised programmes of care for the 0-18 age group.
  • Manage a caseload as key worker, implementing and reviewing care plans.
  • Provide support and information to carers and families, responding to concerns about care quality.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Conduct Choice assessments and deliver planned treatments using evidence-based approaches.
  • Undertake clinician-led clinics.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • NMC/Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree in Mental Health Nursing or Social Work
