Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant professional registration, education to degree level or equivalent
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Experience of managing CAMHS service and understanding operational and strategic issues
• Experience of managing health/social care services and budgets
• Strong people management skills
• Experience with cause and effect analysis
• Knowledge of equalities and diversity practices
• Experience in driving change in health/social care
• Experience developing new ways of working and processes

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of community CAMHS services within an integrated care pathway
• Lead CORE CAMHS and Learning Disability teams
• Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Oversee capacity planning and resource management using standard tools
• Work with acute care colleagues to improve patient flow
• Represent the Trust professionally with staff and stakeholders
• Contribute to local and service area planning and governance
• Maintain facilities management and service area linkages
