Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior CAMHS professional to deliver specialist mental health assessments and interventions for children and families in the Luton community. The role includes frontline leadership of the Emotional and Behavioural Team and close collaboration with Clinical Team Leads to ensure effective care pathways.

You will contribute to professional development, service quality improvements, and participate in project work supporting multi-ethnic communities

Qualifications

• Experienced clinician within CAMHS with delivering specialist mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical team is desirable.
• Committed to high-quality, client-centered care and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist mental health assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children, young people and families.
• Lead frontline work of the Emotional and Behavioural Team and collaborate with Clinical Team Leads for service delivery.
• Support professional development within the team and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
