Senior Calibration Technician

Salary: £35k-£40k

Location: Brighton (easily accessible by train)

Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in calibrations across multiple areas with minimal supervision
  • Design and modify rigs and piping systems to suit specific working instructions
  • Participate in competency assessments, internal investigations, and UKAS audit visits
  • Ensure calibration equipment is fit for purpose and fully functional
  • Generate certificates with a high first-time success rate
  • Work in accordance with ISO17025 accreditation and ISO9001 certification requirements
  • Achieve Master level competency in at least one calibration area

Experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree in STEM
  • 3+ years of calibration and metrology experience
  • Advanced vocational skills
