Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a CAD Technician to deliver civil/structural CAD drawings for highways and rail projects. You will produce 2D/3D designs, support design solutions, and assist with site surveys while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule targets.

The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to grow within a busy Bridges and Civils team across the UK. Some travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil/structural CAD drawings for highways/rail schemes.
• Ability to develop design solutions and produce drawings to programme and budget.
• Proven ability to work within QA procedures and standards.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings using CAD/BIM software.
• Assist with site surveys and related activities.
• Support engineers in developing design solutions.
• Liaise with clients and attend meetings as needed.
• Complete tasks to time and cost while adhering to QSE procedures.
• Develop skills and progress within the team.
