Elix Sourcing Solutions in Desborough is seeking a CAD Draughtsman / CAD Engineer to produce accurate 3D SolidWorks models and 2D manufacturing drawings for steel structures and sheet metal fabrications. You will convert concepts into detailed, production-ready drawings and maintain Bills of Materials.

This on-site role involves liaising with shop-floor fabrication and assembly teams, resolving technical queries and supporting changes to legacy drawings.

Qualifications

• Create accurate 3D SolidWorks models and 2D production drawings for steel structures and sheet metal fabrications.
• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for core product lines.
• Collaborate with shop-floor fabrication, welding and assembly teams to resolve technical queries and ensure tolerances.

Responsabilités

• Lead BOM creation and upkeep to reflect production requirements.
