Job summary

Exodigo seeks a senior CAD/BIM specialist to join our Bentley Systems-focused production team in the UK. You will transform survey and design data into client-ready CAD drawings and coordinated 3D BIM models using OpenRoads, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.

Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop surfaces, alignments, corridors, and existing-condition models from LiDAR and point clouds, while ensuring QA/QC and adherence to standards such as PAS128 or ISO 19650.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Bentley OpenRoads, MicroStation and BIM modeling on infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD; knowledge of OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) or Revit is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop accurate 2D drawings and coordinated 3D BIM models from engineering, survey, and existing-condition data.
• Understanding of civil drawings, survey information, coordinate systems, spatial data and model setup.
• Experience with ProjectWise workflows and client standards.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and delivery requirements such as ISO 19650 and BEPs.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed civil engineering drawings (CAD) and 3D models using Bentley/OpenRoads, MicroStation and AutoCAD.
• Develop coordinated BIM deliverables from design drawings, survey data, as-built documentation and other inputs.
• Produce surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading models, pipe networks and construction documents.
• Create existing-condition models from LiDAR scans and point clouds.
• Translate 2D drawings into coordinated 3D models with designers to capture design intent.
• Incorporate survey data, point clouds, LiDAR and GIS data into CAD/BIM models.
• Update models and drawings through project lifecycle with clear version control.
• Develop and improve templates, standards, libraries and workflows.
• Coordinate model exchanges and resolve data-quality issues with multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage tasks independently and deliver high-quality work to schedule.
