Within this role as a Senior CAD Analyst you will be creating highly accurate and realistic 3D AutoCAD models of development sites and buildings from Point Cloud and using specific analysis software to support. You will also regularly communicate with Surveyors and Project Managers on progress. Being a senior you will be expected to lead another CAD Analyst. There will be some site based work surveying and supporting the partner within the division as and when required.

Previous experience within the Rights of Light domain as a CAD Analyst or similar. Ideal Requirements, Previous experience Surveying.
