Job summary

Camwebdir is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to design and deliver high-performance C++17-based features while shaping our architectural landscape. You will balance new work with technical debt and lead critical initiatives in a hybrid setup.

You will work on real-time data handling, signal processing, and data decoding, with opportunities to explore C++20, multi-threading, and embedded Linux. mentoring teammates and driving CI/CD improvements are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong command of modern C++ and performance-critical programming for real-time data handling.
• Experience designing and maintaining data acquisition or signal-processing software.
• Familiarity with SDLC, unit/integration testing, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent ability to communicate technical rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solving and commitment to delivering on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new features and extend architecture.
• Own product domain understanding, provide estimates, and identify risks.
• Implement features with C++17+ and high performance requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prototype new technologies.
• Drive quality via peer reviews, debugging, and CI/CD participation.
• Mentor developers and drive continuous improvement across teams.
