Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions in a Linux environment. You will lead architecture discussions, optimize performance, and contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong professional experience with C++, ideally C++17, C++20, and/or C++23.
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, generic programming, STL, memory management, smart pointers/RAII, multithreading, data structures/algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Strong experience developing software in Linux environments; debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
